Accessible Parking

Parking is available for guests with disabilities on the north and south sides of NRG Stadium. Passes can be pre-purchased, subject to availability.

Parking Code of Conduct

The H-E-B Parking Lots at NRG Park are there for your convenience and enjoyment. We not only allow tailgating in the parking lots, we encourage it!

Game Day RV Parking

You’re welcome to park your RV in any lot, however, you must purchase four parking passes in advance by calling 832.667.2390.

Emergency Call Boxes

For the safety of our fans, red boxes marked “Emergency” are located throughout each parking lot. Please use only in the case of a serious emergency.

Parking Available On Gameday. All Transactions Are Cashless.


Ride share, Taxi & Rail

Alternate options to avoid traffic and parking.

Ride Sharing Services

Ride sharing services will pick up and drop off in the Yellow Lot 37 located on Maine Street at Gate 16.

Taxi and Hotel Shuttle Services

Taxis and hotel shuttles may drop off and pick up in the Green Lot near the south pedestrian bridge over Kirby Drive to the Stadium. Taxis are staged in this location post-game so you don’t need to call ahead for a cab.


Houston’s light rail system serves NRG Stadium and we encourage fans to use this option. Trains run every 12 minutes and the cost of riding the train is only $1.25 each way. All trains are accessible and a shuttle will be available to transport disabled guests needing additional assistance from the Fannin light rail stop to a drop off point near the BHP Billiton gate at NRG Stadium. We strongly encourage fans to take advantage of tailgate opportunities at all of its college football games. We want all fans at NRG Stadium to have the finest tailgating experience possible, so we have established a few guidelines to make your tailgating party great.

To provide a safer environment for the public and significantly expedite fan entry into stadiums, Lone Star Sports & Entertainment (“LSSE”) has implemented a policy that limits the size and type of bags that may be brought into stadiums.


Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited at NRG Stadium.

For your safety and the continuity of the game on the field, the following items are prohibited in NRG Stadium. If you have any questions about NRG Stadium’s prohibited items, please call our customer service line at 832.667.2002.

The Bud Light Cantina

The Bud Light Cantina is a seated bar area located on the South Field Level Concourse closest to the outside windows. The Bud Light Cantina opens when the doors to the Stadium open for each game. The Bud Light Cantina is open to all ticket holders, but please note that due to licensing issues, beverages purchased in the Bud Light Cantina need to be consumed in the Bud Light Cantina.

Concession stand locations

ARAMARK Sports Entertainment manages concessions at NRG Stadium. Should you require additional assistance, please notify an ARAMARK representative or Guest Services Team Member.

Credit Card Policy

NRG Stadium accepts MasterCard, American Express and Visa at all permanent concession stands and merchandise locations.

aramark non-profit program

A majority of the concession stands at NRG Stadium are staffed with volunteers working to raise money for their non-profit organization. A portion of every dollar you spend towards concessions goes to support these worthwhile organizations. If you are interested in operating a concession stand for a NRG Stadium event, contact ARAMARK Sports Entertainment at 832.667.2496 and ask to speak with the Non-Profit Coordinator.

ARAMARK Sports Entertainment is the sole licensed food, beverage and retail operator authorized to operate at NRG Stadium and throughout NRG Park. No vendor may operate on NRG Park property without the consent of ARAMARK Sports Entertainment. Violators will be cited and removed from the property.
